Stuck Outside Once More!

Another day, another frustrating predicament. I swear, I just bought/got/acquired a new door mechanism last month and now I'm unable to enter my own house! I've tried every trick I know. The spare key is, of course, somewhere else. I even examined around for a possible alternative access, but no luck. At this point, I'm just i ve locked myself out of my house fuming/frustrated/aggravated. Maybe it's time to invest in a professional locksmith...

Whoa! Keys Inside, Car Outside! ????

Well, this totally happened to me yesterday. I was driving back to my car after hitting the gym and noticed that I left my keys inside! My jaw hit the floor because, obviously, the door were all closed. It was a total nightmare!

  • I attempted to squeeze through the window, but it was a bust.
  • Afterward, I had to call a tow truck which was a pain.

Just a heads up, be careful and keep those keys handy!

Help! I Locked Myself Out! Oh no! I locked myself out!

It happened so fast. I was/I had been/I'd been getting the mail and just for a second/momentarily/in a flash, I completely forgot about my keys . Now, here I am / I'm stuck / I'm trapped outside with absolutely nothing to help me. My phone is dead, and I don't have a spare key/my spare key is somewhere safe at home/nobody else knows where it is. What am I going to do?!

  • Is there a way to pick the lock myself?
  • I can't believe this is happening to me.

Maybe I should just wait it out until someone comes home/my roommate gets back/I can call a friend. But what if that takes forever?

My Keys Are in My Car, and I'm Stuck!

That is totally the worst feeling in the world! You're getting ready to head somewhere, and you suddenly remember that your keys are safely tucked away. You start to panic. What are you going to possibly do?

You could look for another way in, but those alternatives aren't always successful.

This is where it really helps to be prepared. Maybe you could consider getting a spare key made.

In the meantime, take a deep breath and try to stay calm.

OMG, sooo bad ! It appears you've/we've/I've locked our/my/the keys inside the car/truck/vehicle. Now what? What to do? How will we get in?!. Don't panic, though! There might be a way to get in/to get them out/to rescue ourselves. First, check if any windows are slightly open. {Maybe you can reach through and grab the keys? Maybe not! If that doesn't work, maybe you have a spare key somewhere? Check your pockets/Look under seats/Call a family member. If all else fails, it might be time to call a locksmith/roadside assistance.
